We had a wonderful week in Mull, perhaps the best of many trips over the years. A lovely place to stay, ideally placed for getting around the north of the Island. Really great little flat with everything you need. We saw a bumper crop of eagles this time and a highlight was being surrounded by 10+ inquisitive seals whilst kayaking out from Dervaig to Croig (get on an ebbing tide and you basically don’t have to paddle!). Loved the local pub as well, had a great meal and won the pub quiz on Thursday night! Hope to be back in the future!

Cottage was very comfortable, well equipped and relaxing. Location is ideal for dog walking, plenty of Forestry walks with really good views.
Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Very nice apartment, very comfortable with everything you need, good Wi-Fi, Comfy bed, good shower, clean throughout. We had an excellent holiday with loads of wildlife on the doorstep with good encounters with Eagles and Otters!!

Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and spacious with lovely views from the sitting room . Owners friendly and helpful and on site if needed. Would happily stay again.

What a lovely, comfortable and well equipped cottage perfect for discovering the delights of Mull. The wildlife here is amazing. We saw otters, deer, seals, white tailed eagles and golden eagles.
The cottage is perfect for dogs, the garden is secure so they could run around freely, laminate floors made it easy to clean and Daisy and Cassie loved the welcome pack! We especially enjoyed walking on the forest trails and the beach at Calgary.
Mull is a perfect place for a holiday and Cuin View a fantastic cottage to stay in. Thanks Kim and Andy for sharing your stunning home.

A fantastic base for exploring the north. The appartment was very clean & comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept in. The enclosed garden was a bonus with a dog. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Very cheerful bright apartment with a nice enclosed garden and very pleasant outlook. The beds were really comfortable and we appreciated the utility area and extras for dogs. The kitchen is a tad small - it is difficult to have more than one person cooking at a time - but well-equipped. Would be great to have an en-suite or even just a basin in the bedroom as with 4 adults there were sometimes queues for the bathroom. All in all a good base though.

Just enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Cuin View. The apartment was one the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. Really clean and very equipped and loved the dog extras. Hosts were really helpful and so friendly. Beautiful enclosed garden and fantastic views. All the perfect recipe for a memorable holiday. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely bright clean and comfortable apartment with great garden and views. It sits directly beneath the owners accommodation (so you do get some noise from upstairs) but if this doesn't bother you it is a super place to stay. The bathroom is modern and bed comfy and tastefully furnished throughout. Handy utility area and laminate floors make it easy with pets. Would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely great apartment. We'll equipped and lovely and clean. The garden and the view are great. The amount of different birds on the bird feeders was amazing plus lots of little rabbits in the garden of an evening. We even had a white tailed Eagle fly over while we were eating dinner in the garden. Great location and lovely helpful host.

We had a lovely week at Cuin View and, whilst there was absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment, the pictures on the website are not representative of the interior (in terms of furniture) now. Ditto the garden furniture - I think the website could be with updating.
There are 2 good size bedrooms, with lovely comfy beds.
The main living area is comfortable enough and there' s a good selection of books/dvds.
The kitchen is a tad small-I found it challenging with limited pots and pans.
The garden is very secure for smaller dogs.
All in all a great spot for a holiday

Had a lovely week. Apartment nicely presented though as stated before not as in pictures on the site. Garden fine for Pinto our Jack Russell and sitting out just admiring the wonderful view. Handy location to walk into village for shop and pub. Lovely local walk up to Quinish Point. Not far to Tobermory where we walked to the lighthouse and Aros Park. Calgary beach lovely and Isle of Ulva stunningly tranquil. CalMac were awful cancelling our ferry in both directions! This was quite stressful especially as our first visit to Mull. Hoping they get their act together so we can visit Mull again.

Comfortable, clean, warm apartment with everything you need. Beautiful views over the countryside and partial loch view. Lots of very helpful information left to read, places to go and places to eat. The Inn in Dervaig was dog friendly in the cosy bar. Food good and friendly staff. Well stocked shop and very friendly helpful staff. We had a great holiday thankyou.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The garden was very secure and well maintained for our dogs with a beautiful view. Kim and Andy were very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to come back!

Lovely flat, very clean. Had everything you need even a dishwasher. Kim and Andy very helpful and welcoming. Nice and warm as I visited in March. Very comfortable. Good base for exploring Mull. The dog was made welcome as well which was nice. Good parking and nice garden for my dog. Lovely view from flat.

One of the best properties we have stayed in! Stunning inside, very well equipped and comfortable, lovely views, fabulous enclosed garden for Dora, our Vizsla, and just a few minutes stroll to the village and the excellent pub (dog friendly and great food). Dervaig is well placed for accessing the north of Mull, with fabulous secluded walks around the coastline, fabulous beach at Calgary, Tobermory (a lovely little town), and also central Mull, including the only Munro, Ben More.
We saw sea eagles almost every day, golden eagles near Ben More, however, we'll have to return to see otters!

A delightful, clean and well equipped comfortable property in a lovely setting. Kim and Andy were very friendly, helpful hosts. So good that we intend to book again.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation- gorgeous peaceful location and stunning garden views, immaculately clean.
Nothing was too much trouble for Kim and Andy.
Lovely little village with a pub and shop,and beautiful views down at the loch at the bottom where we watched the sunset and saw an otter!
Would 100 percent recommend this accommodation and hope to stay there again.

Lovely apartment in a stunning setting. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Monty, my Jack Russell, loved the enclosed garden, the beautiful walks, and the almost empty beaches.

A beautiful place to stay with stunning views that appeared on my first morning after arriving in the dark. The cottage had everything I needed and despite being a very wet December week was always warm and cosy. As a place to escape to before the Christmas madness this was the the perfect choice for me.

We had a great stay. It’s Spacious, homely, cosy, modern and immaculate. We were very comfortable.The private garden was perfect for us to gaze at the evening sky and the sunsets were amazing over the Cuin and the local beach. Everything you need is at hand but if there’s something additional you need help with Kim and Andy were only a text message away to assist. Highly recommend.

Fab hosts. Great views outside patio doors, Sheep horse..wild rabbits.. birds coming to feed on bird feeder. Hosts have a lovely friendly dog..so cute!
All the Facilities you'd need for a good holiday... Inc books on local wildlife that can be found on Mull. Found these very informative.
Unfortunately my husband forgot a package.. kim very kindly is going to post them to us. Thats never happened before, he often forgot something.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was brilliant and the complimentary fresh eggs were excellent. The island itself was beautiful. Would recommend.

Cuin View apartment is a cosy home from home on Mull. It’s well equipped, central to lots of tourist spots and incredibly clean. The hosts are English but know Mull well having been travelling there for the last 10 years and moving there a couple of years ago. They are on hand to help with everything you need. We would definitely recommend for a family or two couples!

Cuin View offers fantastic accommodation, its well equipped and spotlessly clean. Kim and Andy Wilson are brilliant hosts. Their knowledge of the island is second to non. We are a family of four and our dog. The garden is safe and secure. This place is well positioned for travelling around Mull whilst exploring fantastic secluded beaches, and seeing some amazing wildlife such as, Eagles and seals. We will definitely return in the future!

Our accommodation was absolutely pristine. It looked as though it had just been freshly decorated. Instructions were very clear for us, including information surrounding Covid and expectations. Absolutely superb!
