There is no set up fee, when you join Isle of Mull Cottages. We have an all-inclusive package based on our low commission rate of just 12.5% plus VAT.

We have an integrated booking system so you can log in at any time to see what bookings we have taken for your property and all your guest details.
We provide a first rate photography service, free of charge to make sure your accommodation is promoted to its full potential.
As we deal with all the guest payments, we simply make a monthly payment into your bank account for your bookings, less the commission charge. Easy!
We send out feedback surveys to customers who have stayed in your property and let you have the results at the end of each season. We also give you a summary of your bookings at the end of each year to review and send quarterly newsletters to our owners.
We advertise with national and local publications and take care of all your marketing, including using websites like Visit Scotland and Walk Highlands. We have been featured in publications like The Herald, Sunday Times and Scottish Field.
