There’s a chance to spot eagles soaring overhead or, for those with binoculars or scope, perhaps even otters working the tides too.

The property has a tranquil setting on the fringe of the conservation village, with wrap-around mature gardens and convenient parking too.

Cuin Beag is a wonderfully spacious property with plenty of room for friends and family to come together or spread out as the mood takes you. On the ground floor, the kitchen diner has a semi-open plan layout with the living spaces too, making for a sociable experience.

The kitchen itself is well-equipped for self-catering and promises beautiful sea loch views that make washing up a pleasure! The dining area lies at the end of the kitchen, so the chef never feels far from the socialising, and off the other end of the kitchen, a convenient pantry room awaits with extra mod-cons, including a Ninja air fryer, Eletta cappuccino machine, full-size fridge freezer and washing machine and tumble dryer too.

Off the kitchen and dining area, two inviting living areas await. To the lochside of the house, a light-filled sun room beckons with comfortable seating from which to soak in the loch views and spectacular sunsets from this western corner of Mull. It also makes for a cosy spot to settle in with a page-turner on dreicher days as you watch the weather blow along the loch.

Leading off in the opposite direction is the roomy living room, home to comfortable sofas and armchair, a television and a wood-burning stove. Light the fire, listen to the logs crackle and enjoy cosy evenings year-round here.

Also on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with freestanding bath tub, shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail, as well as a spacious ground floor double bedroom with leafy garden views.

Venturing upstairs, two more spacious bedrooms await, serviced by a shared shower room with WC, basin, corner shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Both bedrooms offer superking-sized doubles, with loch views and double-aspect windows filling the rooms with natural light. There is plenty of space to unpack and make yourselves at home for your stay.
