This is a warm, comfortable, well equipped property ideal for couples searching for that island hideaway.
The Studio offers a great base from which to view wildlife, including the many marine mammals to be seen in the Sound of Mull and Loch Linnhe. There are great walks along the coastline of Duart Bay, a favourate haunt of the local otters. An evening stroll along the single track road to Duart castle will bring reward with one of the finest sunsets on Mull.
The Studio Apartment provides living accommodation on the first floor with one double bedroom, a bathroom and open plan sitting room and kitchen.
On the ground floor the accommodation comprises a single bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. The house has electric central and water heating with a gas cooker in the kitchen. There is satellite television and a DVD player as well as a well equipped kitchen.
There is a small area of private garden with superb views and outdoor seating. There is a gate and path at the bottom of the main property's garden which heads down towards the coast. The house is located on the Duart Peninsula which is a conservation area, with Duart Castle and the sea shore being only a few minutes walk away.

Bathrooms: W.C on the ground floor and bathroom on the first floor with w.c, basin and bath with shower attachment.
Bedrooms: Single bedroom on the ground floor and double upstairs (standard sized bed).
Heating: The house has electric central heating.
Linen: The beds all have pillows and duvets. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels.
Extras: A cot and high chair are available on request. Wireless internet access.
