The Studio offers a great base from which to view wildlife, including the many marine mammals to be seen in the Sound of Mull and Loch Linnhe. There are great walks along the coastline of Duart Bay, a favourate haunt of the local otters. An evening stroll along the single track road to Duart castle will bring reward with one of the finest sunsets on Mull.
The Studio apartment (sleeping two or three) provides living accommodation on the first floor with one double bedroom, a single bathroom and open plan sitting room and kitchen.
On the ground floor the accommodation comprises a single bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. The house has electric central and water heating with a gas cooker in the kitchen. There is satellite television with a DVD players as well as a well equipped kitchen.
There is a small area of private garden with superb views, great for BBQs. There is a gate and path at the bottom of the main property's garden which heads down towards the beach. The house is located on the Duart Peninsula which is a conservation area, with Duart Castle and the sea shore being only a few minutes walk away.
