We deal with all correspondence with tenants from inital enquiries through to taking payments and sending booking confirmations.
There is no set up fee, with an all inclusive package based on our low commission rate of just 12.5% plus VAT.
We have excellent search results in Google and are the first website when you search for 'isle of mull cottages'. We also have a comprehensive Google Adwords campaign and advertise on national travel and tourism related websites.
We have an integrated booking system so you can log in at any time to see what bookings we have taken for your property and all your guest details.
We provide a first rate photography service, free of charge to make sure your accommodation is promoted to its full potential.
Monthly payments are made into your bank account for your bookings, less the commission charge.
We send out feedback surveys to customers who have stayed in your property and let you have the results at the end of each season.
We promote our website using national and local advertising and keep you updated on our latest developments and promotions through a quarterly newsletter. This also includes useful owner information.
