This is the second time we’ve stayed at this cottage and before the holiday was completed I had already rebooked for next year. The location is superb for peace , tranquility and fantastic views. The cottage itself is very comfortable and a great base to explore Mull. We can’t wait to return.

PLUS : the quietest stay we've had in many years, with only animals to talk to ;-), rabbits, sheep, cows (on the beachfront), otters, dolphins (in the log of course), and stags+deers on the lawn & beachfront by sunset (5am) or by sundown (11pm),
silent & friendly neighbours & farmers in the neighbourhood,
for us the perfect spot to be out of the hectic world,
MINUS : Second room above the kitchen subject odour nuisance from the kitchen, but could easily be solved by partition wall on the first floor.
Mosquito screens for the bedroom would have been useful (used to sleep with open windows)

Fantastic property in a beautiful part of Mull. Very clean, a well equipped kitchen and a big garden for our dogs to play in. Views and sunsets across the loch and lots of wildlife - even deer in the garden. Highly recommended.

We loved this rustic property. Very homely and comfortable, everything needed to cater for oneself, which is necessary as it is very remote. Loved the peaceful setting and the walk to the nearby beach. A very peaceful and tranquil location.

Lovely cottage, very rustic which adds to the charm and sense of history of the building. We loved the old pictures of the boats docking at the pier and the books about the boats and the local area generally too. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, saucepans, cutlery and a dishwasher. The view out over the loch is amazing. Very much felt like a well loved home away from home.
