Lovely stay - apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more for us. Great location for views and immediate access to the rest of the seafront without any noise or disturbance from the pub nearby or people going by. We would say there was a fair bit of noise from the floor above, people walking around upstairs (and sounded like bouncing a ball or something!) which disturbed us a couple of times, but that doesn't take away from the apartment itself. We would definitely stay here again in future. Thank you!

Very nice with the view overlooking the harbour , a little noisy with late night revellers coming from the Mish Nish which was a little annoying . The area leading upto the apartment could do with a clean and tidy also , these are little things but make a difference . Inside was comfortable but again could do with a general tidy .

Beautiful location on the harbour side in Tobermory. Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, bed was super comfy. Really well outfitted in the kitchen and the shower was excellent. Would deffo stay again or recommend. Thanks for a great stay

Fantastic location overlooking the harbour, with a good size comfortable lounge, and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The double bedroom and bunk bedroom were both compact but fine for our stay. All the property was very well kept.
Set in the heart of Tobermory the flat has good access to several eating places and shops, and parking on the street nearby was usually no problem. Well recommrnded.

Could not fault a lovely apartment good position next to pub perfectly clean credit to caretaker would book again once again a fantastic times on Mull the place just doesn't disappoint us will definitely be back

Excellent location and excellent facilities.everything needed was in flat.susie the housekeeper was very helpful and friendly.this all added to brilliant holiday in lovely weather.we will be back from Davy in Newcastle

This flat is in a great location on the harbour front and is situated on a corner with views over the harbour and the village. It is situated above the Balamory shop. The flat has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen and toaster, kettle, utensils etc. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a large shower and heated towel rail. The double bedroom to the front has wonderful views over the bay. The bedroom to the back contains bunk beds and is of a reasonable size. There is a firestick TV and wi-fi. There are nearby pubs/restaurants, gift shops and bakery. Excellent.

Great Location with superb views over the harbour. Absolutely clean. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. In fact, just perfect.

A great apartment , bright and airy and with fantastic views over the bay. It’s in a lovely location, near to all facilities and is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need. We would highly recommend a stay here and would return if visiting Mull again

Fantastic location, great holiday apartment. It was very clean and seemed to follow strict Covid hygiene practices. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Mull to anyone. We had a wonderful holiday here at the end of August and the weather was very good when the rest of the country had continuous rain!

Great holiday apartment on the main street. Very clean and everything you need provided. Will miss the views for a while now! Visited Duart Castle and made it to Iona also worth a visit. Two lovely meals at the Western Isles hotel. Had a lovely holiday and the sun shone. Definetly recommend.

Great apartment and a wonderful location. Kitchen is well equipped for self catering but there are lots of eating out options on the doorstep. Parking is easy but also handy for buses etc to get around without a car. I recommend it highly to everyone.

For the second time we stayed in this house. Last year in Lismore and this year in Erraid. We can also
echo all the other commends, what a beautiful apartment to stay in, a view to dy for, enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Perfect location, view and great amenities. Some plumbing issues being worked out as we speak. The flat has everything required for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had good weather too which was a bonus.

Can only echo most of the other comments - this is a fantastic apartment, well equipped, cosy and comfortable and the views across the harbour take some beating - wonderful to wake up to that each day ! A great base for touring this fabulous island with all amenities in easy walking distance. Will definately book again !

Brilliant, both Jenny & myself were well pleased with the accommodation, warm and welcoming with almost everything we could need already in the apartment. Beautiful views over the harbour, no problem parking. Lovely pub next door. We found it ideal for touring the island. Highly recommended.

Great appartment wonderful views over bay never got tired of looking out the windows.Very well equipped wanted for nothing,.Appartment easy accesible with only one flight of stairs outside.Would definitely return.

Stayed here while touring the island with some of my "out-laws". It was fantastic returning to my Great Aunt & Uncle's home of 60+ years.....lots of fond memories of this flat, and seeing it modernised for folks to enjoy nowadays is great... (but I do miss the beautiful old stair-head outside toilets - where the iron beams still remain). Nobody can ever tire of the views from the flat, in any weather. It's well equipped, cosy, comfortable, and the best location in 'Tob' ....and honestly, I'm not just being biased!

Lovely apartment in one of Tobermory’s iconic painted buildings (the red one). Very comfortable lounge with lovely window seats to admire the view across the harbour.

Wonderful apartment with amazing views over Tobermory Harbour. Perfect location to explore the Isle of Mull. All local amenities close by. Our 10 year old loved it here and wanted to stay. Ferry port close by to explore the most western part of Scotland. Will definitely return next year!

Even in wind and rain it's a great place to stay at!

A fabulous week spent in a lovely apartment in Tobermory. Brilliant location overlooking the harbour, could not fault. We would have no hesitation in rebooking.

Beautiful views from the apartment we even got up at 6.00am just to watch the sun rise over the bay, The apartment is clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. We intend to return next year

Fantastic view from the apartment windows. Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location both for exploring Tobermory on foot and driving around Mull.

Perfect place in Tobermory : extremely well situated, practical furnitures, complete and functioning equipments, and of course, this amazing view on the harbor. Very well adapted for my 10-year old kids who loved the appartment and appreciated the games provided. Great value for the price.

Great apartment base to explore the Island. We found it very comfortable and clean. Great view over the harbour and lovely walks nearby. The Mishnish pub is just next door; brilliant. Loved the Island and it's people.

Ideal base for visiting North Mull. A lovely view to wake up to and Tobermory has much to offer. Parking readily available and free. Whilst we were there a new oven was delivered and fitted. Although we did not meet the owner she responded speedily to the Wi Fi not working.

A lovely apartment with great views over the harbour and very convenient for shops and restaurants especially the Indian restaurant which is next door! Only problem was the oven which didn't seem to work properly. Tobermory is lovely, people very friendly and Mull is a beautiful island full of wildlife and stunning scenery.

Great apartment at an affordable price with great views around the harbour.The location is perfect for shops and eating out.My 6 year old daughter loved it here too.

Fantastic location and loved telling people I was staying one of the famous Ballamory houses. Great apartment with everything I needed and lovely views across the harbour. This was my 5th holiday on Mull, each time staying somewhere different., and this was the best accommodation I've stayed in. I will be sure to book again next time I come to Mull.

A great apartment with everything you need and a beautiful outlook over the harbour. After renting property higher in the town so often it was wonderful not to have to carry shopping bags up the hill! Everything was fine apart from the oven which we guess still hasn't been fixed yet.

A great base with wonderful views. Handy for all local amenities and Tobermory is a great place to stay. Mull is an amazing island and the wildlife is fantastic.

Perfect location and fantastic views. Clean, warm and welcoming. Could never tire of sitting in the window and watching the harbour. Would recommend everything about the place except for the oven which we thought didn't seem to get hot enough. Maybe needs checking that all the elements are working. Other than that 100% happy.

Great location with excellent views over the harbour, lost count of the amount of people we saw taking pictures of this very iconic Tobermory building.

Once again the flat fulfilled all our expectations and requirements. will have no hesitation in booking for next year when we find out dates for music festival. Can`t praise this place high enough.

We had a fab holiday on Mull with fantastic views of the water front, which we never tired of. My sister's family had one flat, mine another - we all agreed we wold return.
I also made sure i made the most of my bragging rights when telling friends that we were in the red house.
