We absolutely loved this cottage, a beautiful modern design, very clean and with outstanding views there is even a pub 5 minutes walk away now.
This was our first experience of an air source heat pump and we were highly enamoured with the constant warm and comfortable environment.
It did no harm that the weather was dry for the full week! Highly recommended.

Outstanding property with magnificent views which changed daily.
Nothing lacking (except maybe a vase!)
We had a fantastic two weeks here, wildlife everywhere and a fab cottage to return to each evening, so comfortable with quality furnishings.

We had a lovely stay (again) in Craig Beag. The cottage is one of the best we stay in. This year the internet access has inproved substantially and streaming Sky Sports, for example, is no problem at all.
The setting for the cottage remains a big pull along with the wildlife. Driving from the cottage to anywhere is an enjoyable experience as the scenery is second to none (paricularly when the weather is kind). Of course one can walk along the coast and take in the wonderful vistas.
We have already booked for next year such is the appeal of the cottage and its surroundings.

As described by all other reviewers. This house has everything you could need for a holiday. On top of that this is in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Ross of Mull, walking, swimming and kayaking.

This was a family stay for a special birthday and didn't disappoint. You could use all the superlatives and it still wouldn't describe the wow factor of the cottage and the location. Everything everyone has said previously is spot on with their reviews. No wonder half the year for next year is already booked! Excellent holiday with loads to do. And the local pub, The Inn, is a must. Great food and great staff.

Craig Beag is a wonderful cottage with everything you could need. It was spotless and very comfortable. The views were amazing and we enjoyed walking on the loch shore and seeing the wildlife. Such a peaceful location and welcoming owners. The perfect place to stay.

What a fantastic spot. I tried to sit and read a book on the sofa but couldn't concentrate, my eyes just kept going to the amazing view. The property is wonderful, very comfortable and has all you need. We did a guided wildlife tour which was well worthwhile, saw lots of stuff.
We can thoroughly recommend a stay at Craig Beag.

Craig Beag, was the icing on the cake for our wonderful holiday on Mull. The views from the sitting room were breathtaking. The house was warm, clean, spacious and had everything you needed. It was a pleasure to come back to Craig Beag at the end of each day we were out exploring, regardless of the weather. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Host Reg and Sue were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

My wife and I have just returned from a delightful week at Craig Beag. The property location. Is fantastic, the view stunning. We really enjoyed walking along the loch shore looking at the wildlife, if you are patient you will see lots.
We were always warm in the property and found that we had all the equipment we needed.
Take the binoculars and have your bird book handy!

A beautiful place to stay, probably the best we have ever stayed in, the house is amazing, clean, very well equipped to a high standard and warm and cosy. The views are stunning and ever changing with the weather and the light. Lots of wildlife on your door step, our highlight was a Golden Eagle flying over whilst we ate our tea. Can’t recommend this property enough we hope to come back and sample a different season on Mull in the future.

Just home from a wonderful week on The Ross of Mull staying at Craig Beag. The house was perfect in every way and there was nothing that could be improved. After what was sometimes a wet or cold day out and about to come back to a cosy house was wonderful and nothing has been overlooked. Thoroughly recommend

We stayed in Craig Beag for the first week of our 14 day Scottish adventure and can only describe the house as 'perfect' in every way! The location and view from the house is stunning, whilst inside is warm, cosy, comfortable, immaculately clean, well equipped and furnished to a really high standard. An amazing house on a beautiful Island.

Outstanding house (cottage). One of the very best on the Island and we've rented many over the years. Love the place. The previous reviews state everything that I would say so no point in repeating it. We've booked again for October 2023.

My wife and I cannot recommend Craig Beag highly enough. It’s perfect! The location is stunning, matching the cottage itself. It’s modern and contained within everything you would need for a most pleasurable stay. The views across the loch, well who needs a tv? were stunning. The light afforded to the cottage is amazing, so bright and airy. Even the beds are comfy, each room has an en suite to add that extra luxurious touch.Spotlessly clean too. Sue and Reg were perfect hosts, there for an introduction and if you needed them, of course we did not. Mull cannot have a better cottage. Can it?

Clean, warm & comfortable. Beds a bit soft for our preference. Area very quiet, only small store stocking basics in Pennyghael & Spar shop at Bunessan. Nearest place to eat out is Fionnphort. Be aware it's a long drive to Tobermory. We recommend Am Birlinn restaurant at Dervaig but it's a 2hr drive each way. Recommend Loch Buie Old Post Office & Larder & Mull Charters for eagle watch trip. Saw plenty of birds from house but not eagles. Seal seen from house, otters further up Pennyghael shore. Owners welcoming & helpful.

This is a very high spec cottage, but what takes your breathe away is the view from every front facing window, we never tired or looking over the loch, watching the wild life and the changing face of Ben More

Craig Beag is first class accommodation set on the shore of Loch Scridain with stunning views across to Ben More. The cottage provides an ideal base from which to enjoy Mull and is the perfect place to come back to and relax.
The standard of furnishings is impressive and the owners even provide a bbq for guests to enjoy al fresco dining on the summer evenings.
