Lovely accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of crockery and utensils. The view from the property is amazing (even on a rainy day).
Spotted deer in the field behind the property. On our travels we encountered a golden eagle that flew very low by the side of the loch. A very enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful cosy cottage with great views. Lovely position for exploring the Ross of Mull and for a visit to Iona. Would highly recommend to a couple or young family.

Lovely comfortable well equipped cottage with fantastic views of the bay. We were toasty warm although the weather out was chilly. February is a tad early for the tourist trade on Mull but The Keel Row in Fionnphort was up and running nd we had a couple of lovely meals there.

A wonderful new cottage, very well equipped and toasty warm with the most stunning views. It has absolutely everything to make a stay comfortable. We loved being able to see a whole range of wildlife (including otters, Red Deer and eagles) from the lounge window on wetter days. The cottage is well located for all the walks on the Ross of Mull. We couldn't recommend the cottage enough - fabulous!

What a beautifully appointed cottage in a stunning location.
The cottage was beautifully clean, warm and had everything and more to make a week’s stay prior to Christmas very comfortable. Communication with the owner was first class.
I went wildlife watching with Daniel Brooks aka Mullman, who showed me otters, eagles and there was almost a Stag at every corner !
I think I covered every road on the Island and a visit to Tobermory is a must !
If you are looking to book this cottage you will not be disappointed ! Don't wait, Book now !

Immaculate modern property furnished and finished to a high standard with everything you need for a home from home in a fantastic location. We explored the whole island and Iona covering over 500 miles on the island during our one week visit. We could very easily have stayed for several weeks due to the comfort of the home, we really did feel at home here.

The cottage was a comfortable home from home - it couldn't have been better and we were so touched by the kindness and understanding of Alex and her family as hosts. We will be back to this wonderful property in a fabulous location.

Two things we prize highly in holiday accommodation - cleanliness and comfort - would readily give this cottage top marks for both! It’s beautifully appointed, ideally situated, and the owners could not be more helpful. Would certainly recommend without hesitation!!

A spacious, very nicely furnished and very comfortable cottage in a great location. The perfect base for exploring the Ross of Mull. Lovely beaches a 10 minute drive away at Uisken and Ardalanish. An added bonus was the best selection of guidebooks and local information we have had at any of many holiday lets across Scotland. Thanks for the great stay!

I was going to book it for next year, same time, but I thought I would leave it to see how the return journey turned out. It was terrible! Thanks to Calmac

Editor's Note: Thank you for your review and sorry to hear the ferry caused you a problem on the return journey, but pleased to see you rated the cottage well

The cottage is beautiful - very comfy and really well equipped with everything you could need. The view over the bay is amazing. The location is great - close to some lovely white sand beaches and easy access to Fionphort for trips to Iona, Staffa and Lunga.

The house is beautiful. Everything is so fresh and new and the location is amazing. The furniture is comfy, there's plenty of storage and it's a great location to explore the south of Mull.
It's close to Fionnphort to get the ferry to Iona and there are beaches close by to explore and walk on.
