Undoubtedly the best cottage we have stayed in. Well thought through kitchen equipment, provision for 4 footed friends and the perfect view and location. Despite the poor weather we had during our stay we managed to get to some glorious local beaches and across to Iona on a dry day. Great local pub too .

This accomodation is in a wonderful location with amazing views and a little beach on the doorstep. The decor is in a scandi style, clean and crisp, with locally sourced pieces to complete the look.
    I would highly recommend

We loved staying at this beautiful and well equipped cottage. A great location for trips to Iona and the surrounding beaches. We even saw dolphins from the kitchen window! The hosts were really welcoming and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable or well equipped cottage.

Very well equipped (new) cottage with commanding views over the Sound of Iona. Regular passage of White Tailed Eagle viewed from the window. Ideal location for daily visits to Iona and the local beaches at Fiddon.

The kind host gave us a very warm welcome to this beautiful and comfortable new cottage in a perfect setting above the small beach.Very handy for the ferry to Iona and with a well stocked local shop and seafood shack nearby. Even though it was rather wet it was a relief to escape the heat in the South of England and the cottage is so warm and cosy it was a pleasure to stay inside some of the time. It cannot be faulted.

House is lovely, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Great location with lots of the local walks & eateries as well as easy access to Iona. We received a warm welcome from the owners and helpful tips about the area.

Perfect cottage in a perfect setting! The hosts are wonderful and every element of the cottage has been carefully thought through…so cleverly designed and so well equipped. The views are beyond description- think perfect holiday view of a magical bay with Iona abbey as a backdrop. Simply the best cottage we have ever been to on what was our honeymoon. Thank you.

Stunning location and views of Iona, the ferry & small beach. Beautifully appointed cottage, every conceivable requirement provided ( tho would recommend you bring your tv internet details/ plug in stick, as the large tv is a smart one if you want to watch it, (for catch-up /live programmes. Ideal area for our border collie, even dog towels available:- great walking & wildlife, delightfully helpful owners. Can’t fault the cottage, didn’t want to leave! Definitely plan to return again when there is any availability. Definitely 5. Star.

One of the best holiday cottages we’ve ever stayed in. A warm welcome from the owners for me. my husband and German Wirehaired Pointer. A fantastically equipped kitchen, a luxurious utility and laundary room, warm and strong showers and super cosy heating. I wish we could have stayed longer to look at one more beautiful sunset from the cottage or walk 2 mins to the beach to play with the dog. Dont hesitate to book this cottage. Outstanding.
