General Information
We want guests to have a great experience when booking through our agency and do everything we can to to ensure your holiday with us is an enjoyable one, and that the cottage you book is of the highest standard. We visit all the cottages each year to check they are in good order and keep in touch with owners sending out feedback surveys and suggesting improvements.
Not every property is equipped to the same standard, however, all our properties are well equipped for a self catering holiday and many offer far more than most would reasonably expect.
In all our cottages elecricity is included in the price and you can expect to find tea towels, at least one toilet roll, washing up liquid and cloth and cleaning agents in the cottage. If the property has an open fire or wood burning stove there will at least be some wood/kindling provided when you arrive so you can light the fire/stove on your first evening.
There is also a comprehensive visitor information folder in each property to help you get the most out of your stay on the island.
We send you a feedback form at the end of your stay and would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete it so that we can pass your comments onto the relevant owner.
Please note all of our cottages are non-smoking.
