Ulva Apartment gives holidaymakers on Mull the chance to stay in the colourful harbour-front row of buildings that the island is famous for! Ulva Apartment is located on the second floor of Portmore Place, one of Tobermory’s most iconic buildings, right on the harbour front. Erraid Apartment, which sleeps four, is located in the same building.

After climbing the stairs, guests enter the apartment door to find the main hallway, where there is ample space for storage, and from which all the other rooms lead off.

The living room has two large windows with excellent views right across the sea towards Calve island, an excellent vantage point for the whole harbour. The other window beautifully frames the pretty buildings and sea shore that lines Tobermory’s harbour front – a truly picturesque island view. It is a large room with high ceilings and comfortable furniture to relax into. There is a 32-inch television with freeview and a firestick, radio with Bluetooth connection, range of books and games to use. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi.

The kitchen directly adjoins the living room in a semi-open plan layout. It comes well-equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and has a dining area and a window looking to the rear of the property. The bathroom is also to the rear of the apartment and has a toilet, basin and a power shower over the bath.

The double bedroom, with a charming window seat, also has the same superb sea views and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has a single bed and storage too – great for a small family or group of friends to come and stay. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Ulva Apartment is a great self-catering base for a holiday on Mull. Thanks to its prime position right on the harbour front, Tobermory can be easily explored on foot and its many nice restaurants sampled of an evening, without the need to drive. Then there is the arts centre, range of boutique shops, theatre and golf course too, as well as boat trips departing regularly from the harbour – a real must for any visitor.

There are excellent walks along the coast leaving from both sides of Tobermory’s coast, the closest to the apartment being the lighthouse walk. This is a fantastic path that winds through wooded coastal cliffs with excellent sea views toward Loch Sunart, Morven and Ardnamurchan.
