The Coach House provides all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday on Mull. This a superb, well appointed property, great for family holidays and set in a beautiful surrounds with easy access to the coast.
The house is located at Kilpatrick (where there are three dwellings) on the Duart Castle road, 10 minutes drive South of Craignure where the ferry comes in. It is a traditional, 18th Century property that has been renovated and fully modernised whilst retaining its orginal charm and character.
The house provides family accommodation with four good sized bedrooms - a double, one twin and two singles; two bathrooms; a porch; downstairs cloakroom; sitting room; dining room; kitchen and utility room.
There is a South West facing large walled garden with mature shrubs and trees and a gate at the
bottom leads down towards the coast. The house is located on the Duart Peninsula which is a conservation area, with Duart Castle and the sea shore being only a few minutes walk away.
The house has electric central and water heating with a gas cooker in the kitchen. There is a solid fuel (wood and coal) range in the sitting room. The house also has a colour television with DVD, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped.
